My goals for the Fellowship

During my Fellowship, I intend to strengthen my knowledge and skills in performance auditing. I want to acquire leadership skills to better manage my audit engagements and increase the effectiveness of my teams.

The impact I hope to make as a graduate Fellow

I hope to apply the knowledge and skills I will acquire in my future performance audit assignments with a view to producing quality performance audit reports within the required timeframe.

I would like to improve the efficiency of our audit work by sharing with my colleagues the knowledge acquired and Canadian good practices for performance auditing. This is of particular importance given the Cour des Comptes’ goal, included in its 2020-2024 strategic development plan, of conducting more performance audits.
