Jessica Souto is a seasoned project manager with a decade of experience in the nonprofit and government sectors, specializing in project and change management across diverse fields. She has held significant roles in international organizations, including AFS Intercultural Programs, MIEX (Master’s in International Management), and, most recently, IFAMA (International Food and Agribusiness Management Association). Her work in these organizations reflects her commitment to process-based management excellence and her capacity to drive positive change. Throughout her career, Jessica has led complex projects, managing entire project lifecycles for government and nonprofit programs. She excels in partnership building, strategic planning, and program development, with a particular focus on innovation and business growth. Jessica brings a background in international logistics and a masters in agricultural economics paired with certifications in project management, training, and intercultural communication. At CAAF she uses her complex systems management to ensure smooth operations while providing strategic, operational, and organizational coordination and project management. Fluent in five languages, Jessica enjoys connecting with people to learn and share. Her international experience includes living in France and the U.S. and working across South America. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. |
