Lisa Roberts served as a Member of the Legislative Assembly of Nova Scotia from 2016 to 2021, and a member of its Public Accounts Committee from 2017 to 2021. She studied international development as an undergraduate and then completed a Masters in Development Economics, both at Dalhousie University. She had a career in journalism before transitioning to the non-profit sector, where she's served as executive director both before and after elected office. She loves crafting good questions to surface information that serves the public interest.
