Attributes of an Effective Public Accounts Committee
We are pleased to present CCAF's electronic version of Attributes of an Effective Public Accounts Committee, which was created to support the continual progress of PACs. This resource includes an explanation of each attribute of effective PACs, practices to consider, practice highlights, and a snapshot of the Canadian landscape related to each attribute. The Canadian snapshots reflect the results of CCAF's most recent survey of PAC chairs, vice-chairs, clerks and researchers.
