Participants will acquire knowledge and skills to:

understand good processes and relationship practices to effectively engage auditees at each audit phase
Assess current office practices against good practices
Diagnose auditee relationships
Improve auditee engagement

This course is for auditors who want to learn tools and techniques to strengthen auditee engagement processes and relationships with the entity.

This virtual course is delivered over 2 days. The course includes a mix of instructor-led content, interactive exercises, and break-out sessions.
